We are working on the development of diagnostic methods and analyses of pathological mechanism for misfolding diseases, particularly amyloidosis. Based on proteomic and genetic approach, we are conducting translational research in collaboration with clinical departments. One of our research goals is to propose new disease concepts through the identification of novel types of amyloidosis.
