Dear Doctoral Students,

During the second semester of 2022, an interim review will be conducted
on the following schedule.
Please refer to “Flowchart” and apply within the period.
An interim review is required to apply for a degree application.

Application submission period:
  December 1st (Thu) ~ December 9th (Fri)

 

Target:
Third year Entered in October and Second year Entered in April

 

How to submit:
1. Please email the research title to Student Affairs Section of GSMS.
2. Please send the  “application form”  (hard copy) by campus mail or send the PDF by email.
*Need a seal from your academic advisor.

 

Location to Submit:
Student Affairs Office of Graduate School of Medical Sciences.

Interim Review Implementation period:
March 9th (Thu) ~ March 22th  (Wed)

Note 1: Third-year doctoral students (October enrollment) must apply in the second semester.
If you are unable to apply this time due to unavoidable reasons, please be sure to contact Student Affaiers Office of GSMS by email within the application submission period. (Please obtain permission from your supervisor before contacting us.)

Note 2:All communications will be sent to your student email (st-mail)address. They will not be sent to your personal email address. Students who have not yet set up their student email address must do so.
