　　　　　　必修科目：「A1医療情報・倫理学理論」の単位認定について

Announcement to students who take the lecture,"A1 Medical Informatics and Medical Ethics"

　平成２４年度「A1医療情報・倫理学理論」の単位については、浅井教授・宇宿教授の
講義をそれぞれ5回以上合計10回以上の出席（宇宿教授担当の講義については、レポ
ート提出回数となります。）により単位修得といたします。

　なお、事情により、浅井教授及び宇宿教授の講義に、5回未満しか出席していない人
は、下記のレポートを各提出期限までにメールにて提出することで、それぞれ５回の
出席とみなし、合格（単位認定）といたします。
To the attendance in less than 5 times for earch lectures given by Prof.Asai and Prof.Usuku.Submission of the report for the lecture is required for the recognition of credit.Deadline for submission:　Prof.Asai:Dec.26, 2012

１．浅井教授担当の講義について
　「あなたが行っている研究に関わる倫理問題をひとつ取り上げ、Ａ４一枚で簡単に論
　　じなさい。レポート作成後は、１２月２６日（水）までにeメールにて浅井
　　（aasai@kumamoto-u.ac.jp）まで提出してください。」

Prof.Asai:Report about one of Medical Ethics related to your research.

Length of the report should be 400 words.(one sheet of A4 size paper)

２．宇宿教授担当の講義について
　「eラーニングコンテンツ内にある各講義のレポート課題について、すでに提出済みの
　　レポートとあわせて５つ以上作成し、１２月２６日（水）１２月３１日（月）までにeラーニング上で各レポート課題を提出してください。」
