to students who take the lecture,"A1
Medical Informatics and Medical Ethics"
平成２５年度「A1医療情報・倫理学理論」の単位については、浅井教授・宇宿教授・
笠岡教授の講義をそれぞれ３回以上の出席（宇宿教授担当の講義については、レポート提出回数となります。）により単位修得といたします。
なお、事情により、浅井教授、宇宿教授及び笠岡教授の講義に、３回未満しか出席していない人は、下記のレポートを各提出期限までにメールにて提出することで、それぞれ３回の出席とみなし、合格（単位認定）といたします。
To the attendance in less than 3 times for earch lectures given by Prof.Asai
and Prof.Usuku and Prof.Kasaoka.Submission of the report for the lecture
is required for the recognition of credit.

１．浅井教授担当の講義について
「あなたが行っている研究に関わる倫理問題をひとつ取り上げ、Ａ４一枚で簡単に論
じなさい。レポート作成後は、１２月２５日（水）までにeメールにて浅井
（aasai@kumamoto-u.ac.jp）まで提出してください。」

Length
of the report should be 400 words.(one sheet of A4 size paper)

２．宇宿教授担当の講義について
「eラーニングコンテンツ内にある各講義のレポート課題について、すでに提出済みの
レポートとあわせて３つ以上作成し、１２月３１日（火）までにeラーニング上で各レポ ート課題を提出してください。」
Prof.Usuku:Watch the videos in the e-learning system and submit in total
3 or more report assignment together with the reports that you have already
submitted on the e-learning website
.Deadline for submission:Dec 31,2013
３．笠岡教授担当の講義について
① レポート課題：「日本の救急医療体制の問題点を１つ取り上げ、その対策について 考察しなさい。」
② レポート提出期限：１２月２５日（水）まで
③ 提出方法：A４サイズ１枚にまとめて印刷し、笠岡教授（救急・総合診療部）まで提出 してください。

system in Japan, and consider the measures.
