Career of graduates of Graduate School of Medical Sciences

30% of graduates of master course (60 students) went on to the doctoral course. The remainder went into companies during from 2005 to 2007. 29 out of 33 graduates who obtained employment are working for companies outside of Kumamoto prefecture. The main employers are companies related to medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology. Most of them were hired as researchers.

Most of the graduates of doctoral course became clinicians. The rest of them are working as teachers or researchers.Thus the careers of graduates meets the expectations of the Graduate School of Medical Science.
