All students who are scheduled to graduate or complete their studies this academic year are requested to enter their future plans after graduation or completion into the Career Decision Reporting System by the deadline as stated below.
Your information from the system will serve as an important reference for the University to enhance our support for future graduates in seeking employment. Please note the information below and make sure that all the students fill out the form.
If you have not decided on your career path after graduate or complete, please enter your current status and update the information as soon as your career path is determined.
Furthermore, after entering your career path, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding your academic achievements.

Access the Kumamoto University Portal and enter your data into the “Career Decision
Reporting System”.
Go to Kumamoto University Portal and then “Career Decision Reporting System” , “Career
Decision Reporting”: https://kuss.kumamoto-u.ac.jp/career/login.php

[Deadline] December 25 of the graduation/completion year

Important Notice
(1) This survey covers all career paths, including employment (corporate, civil service, etc.) and higher education.
* Working students and students who have dropped out of the doctoral program after earning credits are also
required to enter the information.
(2) If you have not decided on your career path after graduate or complete, please check page 2 of the attached
entry instructions and enter your applicable status.
If your career path is ” Teacher” but you are not sure where to work, please check pages 7 and 8 of the attached
entry instructions.
(3) If you are an international student and will return to your home country after graduation or completion of your
studies, please enter your future plans after returning to your home country.
(4) Others (Graduates’ contact information registration system)
We will continue to collect your graduates’ contact information (e-mail address) to send notices and other
information from the university and alumni associations after graduation or completion of the program.
