研究テーマ
【研究プロジェクト名および概要】
整形外科学講座では、安全で効率の良い医療の提供を目標に、運動 器疾患の病態解明と新たな診断・治療法の開発をめざした研究を各診療分野で行っています。 関節外科では、大腿骨近位部骨折患者のコホート研究、変形性関節症における軟骨変性の分子メカニズムの解析、人工靱帯の開発、増殖分化シグナルによる再生医療をめざした軟骨・肩腱板分化制御機構の解明などに取り組んでいます。脊椎・ 脊髄外科では、骨粗鬆症発症のメカニズムや腰部脊柱管狭窄症における黄色靭帯変性・肥厚メカニズムの解明、後縦靭帯骨化症発症の分子メカニズムの解明、などに取り組んでいます。腫瘍外科では、骨肉腫発症のメカニズムの解明の研究などを進めています。
We have several research groups which independently persisting their own orthopaedic basic projects. Representative research themes of each group are as follows

- Cohort study of hip fracture patients
- Molecular mechanisms underlying cartilage degeneration in osteoarthritis
- Development of artificial ligament
- Growth and differentiation signaling, and regulatory mechanisms underlying cartilage and rotator cuff tear
Spine Group :
- Molecular mechanisms underlying osteoporosis development
- Molecular mechanisms of degeneration and hypertrophy of the ligamentum flavum in lumber canal stenosis
- Molecular mechanisms underlying ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament
Oncology Group :
- Molecular mechanisms underlying osteosarcoma development
