放射線治療の品質向上を目指し、以下の画像評価および治療技術を研究課題としている。

  • 標的体積評価における腫瘍画像の臨床応用
  • 腫瘍および正常臓器の輪郭抽出における観察者間変動
  • 腫瘍および正常臓器の自動輪郭抽出
  • 画像誘導放射線治療における画像照合
  • 高精度放射線治療による線量分布

To improve the quality in radiation therapy, following technologies of image interpretation and treatment planning are under investigation.

  • Clinical application of oncologic imaging in target volume assessment
  • Inter-observer variability in tumor and normal organ contouring
  • Auto-segmentation of tumors and normal organs
  • Image registration in image-guided radiotherapy
  • Dose distribution in high-precision radiotherapy
