| Recent advance of life science have brought us many issues difficult to reach the social agreement from our traditional concept for life and death. These issues are organ transplantation therapy, reproductive medicine, gene therapy, death of dignity, so on so forth. We deeply study these difficult issues from many different points of view, and formulate a new ethical concept for the 21st century medicine. We will make pertinent proposals to Japanese society in terms of these issues, and our education system will turn out splendid talents who understand both life ethics and up-to-date medicine. | |
